KSW’s Lathes can manufacture anything up to Ø2,000 mm (Ø1,500 mm” over slide) and up to 10,000 mm (4,400 mm ID) in length (dependent on component type). All machines are kitted with roller steady’s which can handle up to Ø1,220 mm and a full range of anti-vibration bars up to 2,900 mm long. All of our machine tools are supported with Full (DNC Linked) offline *Programming Facilities.

KSW’s reputation in the turning of products made from nickel alloys to carbon steels is due to the high quality of our machine tools and the vast experience and knowledge of our operators.
